The item must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered-with vaping devices, pods, or e-liquids.Non-Returnable ItemsAll disposable vapes, e-liquid bottles, and pod systems are considered final sale once the original packaging is opened or the seal is broken. This is to ensure product integrity and compliance with health regulations. Defective or damaged items are an exception, detailed below.Defective or Damaged ItemsIf you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue. Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at our discretion. We do not offer partial refunds.Return ProcessTo initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed. Once we receive and inspect the eligible, unopened return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.RefundsRefunds are issued only for the cost of the returned, unopened merchandise.
